• Reservation/operation management (hotel, tour, transfer), customer support.
• Payment and invoicing transactions, financial and audit obligations.
• Security, fraud detection, system maintenance, and performance measurement.
• With explicit consent: campaigns, newsletters, personalized content.

2) Categories of Data Processed

Identity, contact, reservation, transaction/financial, customer transaction, marketing preference, technical/cookie data.

3) Collection Methods and Legal Grounds

Data is collected through website forms, email/phone/WhatsApp, contract processes, payment provider responses, and cookies.
Legal grounds: contract establishment/performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, explicit consent when required.

4) Recipient Groups

• Tour/activity operators, accommodation and transfer providers.
• Hosting, communication, analytics, call center, and security providers.
• Payment institutions and, when mandatory, public authorities.

5) Retention Periods

Minimum periods required by law + limitation periods for disputes. After the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized (internal policy/records are maintained).

All rights under KVKK Art.11 (access, correction, deletion, objection, compensation) are reserved. Applications are free of charge; if extra costs occur, fees are applied according to the tariff.

7) Application Methods and Response Time

Applications: [email protected] (or registered email if available), secure e-signature/mobile signature, or written application.

Response time: “As soon as possible and no later than 30 days.”

Complaints: If the response is insufficient or absent, you may lodge a complaint to the KVKK Board within 30 days from learning the response, and in any case within 60 days from application.
