1) Parties and Scope

2) Nature of Service (Agency Information)

4) Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

As a general rule, consumers may withdraw within 14 days without justification in distance contracts. However, services performed on a specific date/period such as accommodation, transportation, or leisure activities (e.g., balloon flight or tour on a fixed date) fall under the exceptions. In such cases, cancellation/refund conditions are provided on the relevant page.

5) Pricing, Tax, and Currency

Prices are displayed in ; tax, service fees, and exchange differences are clarified at the payment step. Bank/payment provider commissions (if any) are also specified.

6) Payment Security

7) Changes, Postponement, and Force Majeure

10) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect/consequential damages or loss of income. The actual operator of the tour/activity is responsible for safety standards and execution. Mandatory liabilities under consumer legislation remain reserved.

12) Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
